BY TAMI ROGERS We are at a crossroads in America. We have a President who has implemented policies that many Americans don’t agree with—and justifiably, some are anxious and even frightened. An American tradition called peaceful protest has brought about change throughout the course of history of this country and made our government pay attention. The tradition that can be traced as far back as 1773 when protesters gathered on a frigid, cold night in Boston Harbor to reject the latest shipment of tea from the East India Company.
