BY BETH PORTOLESE Well it's that time again; the summer edition of my periodic rants. The first thing I want to mention is something I heard on the news this morning. Apparently our president is planning on spending the next 3 months on the campaign trial supporting Republican candidates for Congress. He says he will be spending 5 to 6 days a week campaigning. Ummm...excuse me, but don't you have a job to do?
